SEEN This Week 12/12/11


The holiday season is always a busy one, and writers bringing forth great news of their latest projects are no exception.

A Dance With the Devil author Barbara Bentley's story of her turbulent marriage to late con man John Perry was profiled December 7 on the Investigation Discovery cable channel program The Devil You Know.

Author and anchorman Jim Brown's first novel 24/​7 has been optioned for film to Michael Garrett of Paramount Pictures. Jim is also the profiled on my Authors on Show page through December 17.

Christine Schwab's acclaimed book Take Me Home From the Oscars is now on sale in ebook versions for Kindle and Nook.

One of Tantra Bensko's stories was nominated for a Pushcart Prize.

Robert Craven's bestselling book Get Lenin has been chosen for a book group in his area for January 2012.

Former or present newspaper folks out there? SPILL, a novel by Randy Attwood, has some deliciously awful newsroom scenes and a nasty society column writer and also a creepy photographer.It's now on sale at Amazon.

The Cruiserweight was listed among the top five books in the Wrestling Romance books, and among the top ten Kindle titles in Wrestling Romance on Amazon December 5.
